Cleanse

The next morning, if you see no increase in your movement, increase by one capsule each evening until you see a difference. For example, if you take 3 capsules and see no difference take 4-5 the next evening. 

If stools become too loose, decrease by one capsule as needed. This product is not intended for daily use. Most people take it 3 to 5 times a week. If you are fairly regular (going 2-3 times a day) then only take this product once a week.
