How many hair growth capsules should I take each day?
For maximum benefits and to get your hair really growing start with 3 in the am and another 3 in the afternoon or evening. When the hair breaks, sheds, or stops growing at a certain length, then it is normally a vitamin or mineral deficiency that has to be nourished internally. These capsules contain herbs to help feed and nourish the hair, skin, nails and thyroid.
What herbs are in the hair capsules?
Alfalfa, kelp, and bee pollen.
How long does it take before I see results?
We recommend that you take the hair capsules, hair oil or hair grease, shampoo and conditioner for at least 60 days to really see a difference. Most customers see a difference sooner but we always recommend the 60 days for everyone.
What else do you recommend I do besides taking the products for my hair?
Always sleep in a satin or silk cap because regular cotton pillow causes too much friction on the hair causing it to break and shed. The satin or silk caps are gentle on the hair resulting in less or no breakage at all.
Do I need to change my eating while growing my hair?
Yes, if your diet consists of greasy foods, sodas, sugar and no fruits or vegetables, that is what your hair and skin will look like. Your hair and your appearance will look very unhealthy without having a healthy diet in place. We also recommend at least 6-8 glasses of water each day to help the nutrients from the herbs to go throughout the body.
Should I also take your colon cleanser?
