How do I take them together?

Start with the detox (4 half dropperful) mixed into an ounce of water first thing in the am. Next get another ounce of water and mix the parasite blend into it. Next drink a quart of distilled water with lemon or lime squeezed into the water and a pinch of cayenne. Before or after dinner, start with the colon cleansers with another large quart size jar of water.
