A quarter cup of sugar per can?

Did you know that each 12 ounce can of soda pop contains 10-12 teaspoons of sugar? That’s a quarter cup of sugar! Drink just two a day and you’re consuming a half cup of sugar without even realizing it. Not to mention 140 calories per can.

Large amounts of sugar in soda pop not only add up the empty calories that can cause weight gain, but the acid in soda pop can dissolve tooth enamel, leading to cavities & tooth decay.

Diet pop isn’t much of a solution, either. According to Dr. Russel Blaylock, in his book Excitotoxins; The Taste That Kills, when the temperature of Aspertame exceeds 86° F. (in your stomach) a chemical found in Aspertame converts to eformaldehyde and then to formic acid. Formic acid is the toxic poison found in the sting of fire ants. Maybe not what you want to drink too much of?

According to Dr. Blaylock, if you suffer from spasms, pains, leg numbness, cramps, dizziness, ringing ears, headaches, joint pain, depression, anxiety attacks or blurred vision, you may be suffering from a toxic system.

How to kick the pop habit - or at least cut back.

Here’s what I suggest. Set a jug of water on the countertop. Ice water shocks your kidneys and spleen, in case you didn’t know.

Drop in a few curls of fresh lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange peel (or a combination) for a fresh and zingy taste.

Then, make citrus ice cubes. Squeeze your favorite citrus fruit or shave a little citrus peel over your ice cube tray before freezing. Or, squeeze a fresh orange, mix half & half with water and freeze as ice cubes.

Instead of pop, pour a glass of water over a citrus cube so it’s cold, but not iced - and enjoy! Your waistline, your body and your complexion will thank you for it.

If you have a sugar craving but still want to lose the weight, try our Lollipop Diet!

His surgical skill was admired by the Doctors Mayo.

It was the bowel that got Kellogg’s undivided medical attention. Ninety percent of all illness, he would calmly explain, originated in the stomach and bowel. “The putrefactive changes which recur in the undigested residues of flesh foods” were to blame, he explained.

After performing over 20,000 colon surgeries, Dr. Kellogg said that he never saw a healthy colon.

Dr. Kellogg was a vegetarian, and advocated low calorie diets. He developed peanut butter, granola, and toasted flakes.

His “Cornflake” idea, one of several “health foods” he developed over time, was taken by his brother Will and formed the base of the Kellogg’s cereal empire. Dr. Kellogg wanted nothing to do with this destruction of his invention and became livid when the Kellogg’s company started sugar-coating the flakes.

A lawsuit ensued and the two brothers never spoke again. For “some” reason, neither the Kellogg’s Cereal Company or the historical keepers of the name of Dr. Kellogg like to mention this.

Do you know why Dr. Kellogg got so angry when his brother added sugar coating to his cornflakes? When sugar is mixed with starch (ie; cereal), it turns to alcohol - which sends the pancreas on a roller coaster ride and affects our emotions. Just think of kids and too many cookies and you’ll know exactly what we mean!

Here’s an interesting tidbit… ice cream only contains 37% sugar, while most sugar coated breakfast cereals contain over 50% sugar. Breakfast, anyone?.

According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), food is the catalyst behind 80% of the pathogenic (parasite) outbreaks in the U.S.A. In the U.S. diarrhea caused by parasites is the third leading cause of illness.

Got Parasites? Everyone Does!

Is someone at your house picking their nose? Common signs of parasite infection include;

picking the nose or ears frequently

forgetfulness

bed wetting

pain in the thigh, shoulders or back

male sexual dysfunction

lethargy

gas or bloating

loss of appetite

burning sensation in the stomach

pain in the navel

eating more than normal but still feeling hungry

grinding teeth while sleeping

constipation or frequent diarrhea.

Parasites suck the nutrients from your food, leaving you the leftovers… and their waste. The following photo gallery shows some of the most common parasites…

Roundworm
Roundworm infection comes from ingesting roundworm eggs via contamminated foods. Once in the small intestine the larvae are liberated and can even migrate through the intestinal wall to the lungs.

About 10 days after ingesting the eggs, the larvae pass into the digestive tract and mature into egg-producing worms, which grow to 15-40 cm (6-16 inches) long. Adult roundworms are able to migrate into other parts of the body, where they produce abcesses and toxic manifestations.

 Tapeworm
Fish tapeworm, beef tapeworm and pork tapeworm are obtained from eating raw or undercooked, infected meat. Adult worms can reach a length of more than 15 feet.

Pork tapeworms can enter the brain and cause seizures. Fish tapeworms can produce over one million eggs per day.

 Pinworms
About 30 to 40 million people in the US are believed to be infected with pinworms. Most prevalent in children, eighty percent of children between 2-10 years of age will contract pinworms.

Female worms crawl out of the anus to lay their eggs around the anal region at night. One female can deposit over 15,000 eggs that become infective immediately or within hours.

The crawling of the female worm on the skin around the anal area often causes intense itching causing a person to scratch, getting eggs on their hands. If unwashed hands touch the mouth or food, the eggs are swallowed and hatch in the lower colon where the worms mate, and the cycle continues.

 Hookworms
25% of the world’s population has hookworms, and one expert thinks that 50% of Americans have them.

Hookworm infection takes place by skin penetration, usually from walking with bare feet on contaminated soil. The larvae enter the blood stream, from where they are carried to the lungs.

Once in the lungs, they burrow into the air spaces, migrate upwards and are then swallowed. Once swallowed they pass into the intestine and bury themselves in the intestinal wall, maturing over the next four weeks to become egg-laying adults that suck blood from your intestinal wall.

 Whipworms
Whipworms are named for their whip-like appearance, and are transmitted through the ingestion of larvae and eggs on infected foods like fruits and vegetables.

After infection, a mucus will be passed from the anus due to the increased mucoidal secretions produced by the injured intestine. An infestation will also most likely cause diahrrea. Whipworms are known to cause amenia and diahrrea. In addition, children with large infestations have been noted to suffer mental retardation.

 White worms
They come in all sizes from tiny pinworms to those that look like spaghetti or angel hair pasta.

Red worms
These look just like earthworms. They exude from the colon wrapped in balls. They reach up to 6 inches in length.

Inch worms
These are thick (pencil size), black and bumpy and about 2 inches long.

Black worms
These are 1 - 12 inches in length and leave the colon wrapped in “yellow acid water” mixed together. They nest deep, impacted in the colon wall.

“Little Fish”
About 1/2″ long, these are fish-type parasites with heads and tails. They swim out of the colon in “schools”.

Threadworms
Cream-colored parasites as thin as a thread. They often come out by the hundreds.

“Fuzz Balls”
Round parasites with fur-like growth on them. About 1/4 - 3/4″ in diameter, yellow in color.

“Spiders”
Look like a spider and are colored brown, often 1″ long.

“Stickpin worms”
One inch long and a head like a pea, perfectly round. Small ones are white, adults are black.

This story may shock you. I was shocked. Horrified. It won’t take but a few minutes to read. What you learn will last a lifetime. It all started when I stumbled across an ABC News cast, dated April 11/2001. It read;

The article said she had to be awake during surgery. Horrified, I went looking to find out if this was true. I found news photos of Ms. Becerra after surgery. News coverage. Interviews. It was real. What’s worse, I discovered more. Much, much more.

McALLEN - Doctors in South Texas say they’re seeing more cases of a parasite that burrows into the human brain, sometimes resulting in seizures or even death. Health officials say the increase is probably due to failure of food handlers to wash their hands after going to the bathroom. (Associated Press, Oct. 25, 1999)

SAN FRANCISCO - A type of parasite never before seen by doctors was responsible for the death of a Bay Area AIDS patient, say doctors at Stanford University Medical Center and Kaiser-Permanente Medical Center. Although the man died two years ago, it has taken doctors this long to understand the nature of the parasite. The still-unnamed parasite, a distant relative of the tapeworm, formed a large growth in the patient’s abdomen and destroyed three-fourths of his liver.

WASHINGTON (AP) - More than 1,400 Americans may have been sickened with the parasite cyclospora so far this year, most from outbreaks linked to fresh raspberries, lettuce and possibly basil, the government said…(Associated Press; July 23, 1997)

ABC World News, May/97, parasites in the water make 400,000 people sick.

Associated Press; Potentially lethal tapeworms increasing along border…Monday, October 25, 1999

I couldn’t get my mind off the little boy. Can you imagine the fear when he started having seizures? Who would think of a parasite? Or Ms. Becerra, wide awake while doctors operated on her brain. Can you say FEAR?

According to the Center for Disease Control, every parasite known to man has been found in the United States.

You can get parasites from eating undercooked meat or fish.

Or shaking hands with an infected person.

You can get them from eating raw vegetables on which microscopic eggs were laid.

You can even get them from your kids, who picked them up when a friend passed them a pencil or a ball at school.

Parasite infections are more easily passed around than venereal diseases. Think it doesn’t affect you? Think again.

Physicians and surgeons from the Royal Society of Medicine said that 95% of health challenges result from a toxic buildup in the colon. They also discovered that a colon with a build up of fecal matter is a perfect breeding ground for parasites to thrive and reproduce.

Dr. Regan Golob, DC, says that about 60% of people have parasites. Other sources claim the number is over 80%.

Imagine eating a delicious strawberry. Most people think of their digestive system as one long tube. Mouth, stomach, and… well… in one end and out the other, right? Nope. Not quite. Let’s look at the plight of the strawberry. You pop the strawberry in your mouth. Chewing it releases enzymes, which help break it down. When you swallow, it goes down the esophagus and into the stomach. In the stomach, your digestive juices break it down even more.

The strawberry particles are moved along to the small intestine, which isn’t really so small. Did you know the small intestine is about 22 feet long? It’s filled with tiny little finger-like “microvilli”. Nutrients from the strawberry pass through the microvilli into your bloodstream.

Whatever is left of the strawberry that wasn’t absorbed, gets moved along into the colon, or large intestine. The colon is about 6 feet long and 2″ in diameter. Ideally, the colon secretes a mucous to help move things along. That “should” be the end of the strawberry. In one end and out the other.

But, the mucous just isn’t powerful enough to move the enzymeless sludge of that Super Taco, Fried Onion Rings and the chocolate shake. The body valiantly keeps on trying, so more and more mucous is produced to try help things move along.

Eventually the mucous becomes mixed with indigestible elements, like fatty acids from the Sour Cream ‘n Onion potato chips. Day after day, week after week, month after month, the layers of sludge in the colon get thicker and harder.

The sludge that’s building up is undigested food. Rotting proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Want to see what that looks like? Leave some meat, french fries and bread out on the counter for a week. Disgusting? Sure. Good thing it’s inside your colon, where you can’t see it, right?

In his fascinating book, Cleanse and Purify, Dr. Richard Anderson cites an encounter with one medical doctor who did not want to be identified. This doctor, after hearing Anderson’s lecture about mucoid plaque and expanded toxic colons, told the audience:

“I have spent twelve years working in the field of post-mortem diagnosis. I have seen many thousands of dissected cadavers. What Rich is telling you is the absolute truth. Everybody has it in there.

We have a way of attaching a hose to the upper intestines and with the aid of powerful chemicals, we literally blow the stuff right out of the intestines.

P.S. We highly recommend our colon cleanse to help clean out the sludge so your body can operate more efficiently!

In his shocking and informative book, Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills author Dr. Russel Blaylock tells about something called “excitotoxins”.

Excitotoxins are chemicals that stimulate brain cells literally to death, killing neurons and causing nervous system problems along with a host of other health problems.

That’s not something YOU would take, right? Think again. You’re probably not only consuming excitoxins yourself, but also giving them to your children.

One of the worst, according to Dr. Blaylock, is aspartame. You know… the stuff they put in diet pop, pre-sweetened Kool-Aid and lots of diet and “no sugar” products.

Do you know why aspartame is so toxic? When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in aspartame converts to eformaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the toxic poison found in the sting of fire ants.

I was shocked and horrified to find out that many people that are diagnosed with M.S. and Lupus are actually suffering from methanol toxicity from using artificial sweeteners. There are documented cases where people stopped using aspartame and made remarkable recoveries that astounded their doctors!
