Are your products safe for diabetics?

We recommend that you always check with your doctor first. However, most people can take the colon cleansers, detox, liver, parasite and kidney products as well as all hair growth products.

Can I use more than one Renu Herbs product at the same time?

Yes. Just do not take them together. Begin in the morning on an empty stomach about 15 minutes before you have eaten.
Take your Detox tea - either 4 oz. of the bag tea or 2 droppers full of tincture in 1-2 ounces of water or apple juice. Next put 2 droppers full of either the liver or parasite blend in 1-2 ounces of water or juice and drink that. Then repeat with the remaining product. Do not take these products at the same time as your prescription medications. Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, eat your breakfast first and then take your prescriptions. The colon cleanser is to be taken in the evening just before or after the evening meal.

How often should a person detox or cleanse their colon?

I recommend that you stay on the program for at least 6 months. You must remember that the colon did not become congested overnight and it will take some time to remove all of the accumulated waste. The Detox will assist in removing those built-up toxins as well as the toxins that continue to leach into your blood stream until your colon is cleansed.

Can I work while taking the colon cleansers and detox?

Yes, you can, but I recommend starting your colon cleanse on a Friday night** after dinner to see which dosage is best for you. Cleansing should be gentle, so if you’re taking the correct dosage, you will be able to work as usual. Then take them 3-4 times a week either right before or right after your evening meal.
** Or any day of the week when you don’t have to go to work the next day.

Is the colon cleansing very harsh?

It is not harsh at all. However you must be aware that the colon cleanser contains senna and cascara and may be habit forming. This product in not intended to be taken every day. The products should be taken at a separate time from any medications your doctor has prescribed. You may want to check with your doctor about any possible drug interactions with the herbs.

Will colon cleanser cramp my stomach?

It depends upon how constipated you are. Most users do not experience cramping. However, this is the reason we recommend that you drink lots of water. Moist insides will help prevent cramping.

I recommend that you start with the detox tea and the Carmen weight loss package, because it includes the colon cleanser and the appetite suppressors. Make sure to eliminate white flour and cheese from your diet. Drink lots of water, especially 1-2 glasses before each meal. Start your day with a warm cup of water with lemon juice first thing in the morning. How long should it take to get results from your hair growth products?

If you start with taking at least 4 capsules in the morning and another 4 in the evening, sleeping in a silk or satin cap, drinking at least 4 glasses of water a day, making sure you are having regular bowel movements, applying the hair oil to your scalp at least 3-4 times a week - you should see results after 2 bottles of hair vitamins. This system works, but you have to make sure to do your part. Also, try to avoid a lot of greasy foods, sugar, sodas, French fries, and ketchup. While I always recommend that you check with your doctor or pharmacist to ensure that your medication has no known interactions with herbs, it has been our experience that you can safely take the herbs and that you will get the same benefits.
